For us as an increasingly growing group of companies, it is particularly important that everyone pulls together and passes on this team spirit to the employees. Together with our partner Intercable Automotive Solutions, the Leadership Inspiration Day was created - an afternoon of workshops and team-building activities for all executives of the Intercable group and Intercable Automotive Solutions. The goal? To strengthen cohesion and define new values to guide our actions.
Together with leadership experts Loredana Meduri and Alessandro Spanu, we spent the day not only gaining valuable insights into the world of leadership, but also learning about the fascinating "whining fly." We learned how best to deal with different personality types and, most importantly, how to understand ourselves and our colleagues even better.
After an intensive workshop, the guests were then treated to numerous delicacies by the chefs of our company restaurant.
The result of this afternoon? "You could feel a unified team spirit. Without a team, there is no success," said Klaus Mutschlechner, Managing Director of Intercable Tec. Kurt Mutschlechner, Managing Director of Intercable Tools, adds: "It's good to bring everyone together like this and that we all learn together".
Special thanks go out to all participants, to our kitchen team and to the team of NOI Techpark Bruneck, which provided us the event center Nobis as location.
